Fall Farm's Gourmet Texas Breakfast

At Fall Farm's Main Inn, the big, open kitchen invites guests to come in and be a “part” of breakfast, as well as enjoy the fruits of it. There's no getting around the aromas that drift throughout the house and into your room, enticing you to the dining room.

A full, service to the table, country-gourmet breakfast is offered at 9:00 a.m. every day. Coffee, juice, and nibbles are always available for early risers.  Carol describes her breakfasts as “good, hearty food, well made, and presented with love!” Nothing beats a fine, simple omelet, topped with sautéed spinach, savory breakfast hash, or spicy chorizo black bean sauce. Mouthwatering cinnamon knots make hot coffee disappear fast, and fresh, seasonal fruits are added to the plate like jewels on a crown. Come capture the flavors of the day!
