Mineola is located approximately 80 miles from both Dallas and Shreveport. Just 7 miles north of Mineola, Fall Farm is on FM 779, 2 miles west of Hwy 37.
From DOWNTOWN* Mineola:
At intersection of Hwy 80 and Hwy 69, take Hwy 69 North for ½ mile. At the “fork” of Hwy 69 and Hwy 37, stay on Hwy 37, straight north. One mile farther, a Walmart Supercenter will be on the right side. From that point, go five miles to FM 779. Turn left, (only way), and Fall Farm Bed and breakfast Mineola will be two miles on the left. (You will pass the Harvest House and cottages after one mile — go one more mile to the main Inn.)
*If driving from Dallas on Hwy 80, into Mineola - you can bypass downtown Mineola by taking Loop 564, turning left (by Mineola Country Club Golf Course). This loop takes you across Hwy 69, and on to Hwy 37 at the Walmart Supercenter. Take a left on Hwy 37 and proceed as above.
From Dallas Area:
Take Hwy 80 East all the way into Mineola, or Take I-20 East to Hwy 19 exit at Canton. Turn left (driving over I-20) and go 10 miles to Hwy 80 (4-way stop). Turn right on Hwy 80 (East) and drive thru to Mineola.
From Shreveport Area:
Take I-20 West to Hwy 69 exit at Lindale. Turn right (North) and go approx. 13 miles into Mineola.
From Greenville Area:
If you are driving from the Greenville area, take Hwy 69 South all the way to our road, FM 779. Note that our road, FM 779 crosses Hwy 69 two times — once 7 miles before Alba, and again 6 miles South of Alba. You should take the second 779, on the South side of Alba (green hwy sign says Golden to right, Quitman to left — a Chevron station is on the left corner). Turn left on FM 779 and go 4 miles — you will see our Tyler Bed and Breakfast Main Inn is on the right. We look forward to your visit!
