Rates
Rates are based on single/double occupancy, and are subject to state and local tax. Supplemental charges will apply to additional guests.Deposit
A credit card deposit equal to one night’s lodging per unit is required. Reservations made within 10 days of arrival require payment in full at time of booking. Fall Farm accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.Cancellation
Cancellation requires a 14-day notice for a full refund of deposit, less a $25 processing fee per room. A 30-day cancellation notice is required for groups, less a $100 processing fee.Minimum Stay
Group reservations require a two-night minimum stay on weekends.Smoking
Fall Farm is a NON-SMOKING property. A refurbishing penalty will be charged to guests who choose not to honor the “no smoking” policy.Alcohol
Fall Farm is located in a “dry” county, and cannot sell wine. Complimentary evening wine is served at the Main Inn. However, if you would like to have wine with dinner, there are several restaurants that allow you to “bring your own bottle,” and charge a small corkage fee.
